An 18th century English porcelain sauceboat, made by William Littler at Longton Hall. The sauceboat is moulded in a naturalistic style and decorated with polychrome enamels c1755-58.
The sauceboat measures 17.7cm in length by 9cm in width and stands 10.6cm tall at the handle.
It displays well, but has a 5.5cm hairline running from the rim. There is also a flower missing below the handle. There is no repair.
