Worcester Harvest Bug Pattern Teapot and Cover c1770

A first period Worcester porcelain teapot and cover, hand painted with the Harvest Bug pattern c1770.

The teapot measures 18.8cm in diameter including the handle and spout and stands 14.3cm tall with the cover in place.

Good condition. There are two incised lines to the body, one between the handle joints and one under the spout, these are not cracks/damage and do not go through the body. The flower finial has the usual chips to the petals. There is also a flea bite chip to the inside of the spout.

Unmarked.
