Very Rare Samuel Gilbody Flowering Root Pattern Teabowl and Saucer c1755-60

A Very rare Samuel Gilbody Liverpool porcelain teabowl and saucer, hand painted in underglaze blue with a flowering root pattern c1755-60.

The Teabowl measures 8cm in diameter and stands 3.6cm tall.

The Saucer measures 12.8cm in diameter.

The teabowl is in excellent condition. The saucer has a very fine 2cm curved hairline running from the rim.

Unmarked.
