A rare West Pans porcelain ribbed Teapot decorated with blue borders to both pot and cover c1765
The teapot measures 21cm across spout and handle and stands 15.2cm tall including cover.
Condition is excellent with just a tiny chip to the tip of the spout and a fine hairline crack to the rim of the pot.
Unmarked.
West Pans porcelain was made in a small factory in Scotland started by William Littler following his business failure at Longton Hall in Staffordshire.
