An uncommon Liverpool porcelain Richard Chaffers teabowl and Saucer, hand painted with the Fringed Tree Rock pattern (SG257) c1760-65.
The Teabowl measures 8cm in diameter and stands 4cm tall.
The Saucer measures 12.3cm in diameter.
Both parts are undamaged. The teabowl has an underglaze chip to the rim and kiln dirt to the glaze (mostly to the inside).
Please see British blue and white porcelain Saucers by Steven Goss, where this example is pictured.
