An 18th century Lowestoft soft pate porcelain trio, hand painted with a landscape pattern c1785-90.

The Coffee cup measures 7.5cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6cm tall. It is in excellent condition without damage or restoration. There is a glazed over dent to the right of the handle from manufacture.

The Teabowl measures 7.8cm in diameter and stands 4.5cm tall. It is in excellent condition except for two tiny chips to the rim (the larger being less than 2mm). There are no cracks or any restoration.

The Saucer measures 12.2cm in diameter. It displays very well with no chips or restoration. There is a 2.3cm hairline crack running from the rim, however this is hidden by the pattern on display.

Unmarked.

The V and A date this teabowl and saucer to c1775. However, the pattern can be found on page 209 of British Blue and White Porcelain Saucers by Steven Goss dated to c1785-90. I would agree with Steven as the depth of the saucer suggests a later date than c1775.
