A VERY fine Richard Chaffers Liverpool porcelain mug, hand painted in underglaze blue with a Landscape pattern, C1760.
The mug measures 10.1cm (4″) in diameter including the handle and stands 9.2cm (3 5/8″) high.
It is in very good condition with no cracks. There are some glazed nibbles to the rim from manufacture and two restored chip to the inside of he rim. There is no other damage or reatoration
Unmarked but has a Roderick Jellicoe London sticker to the base.
