A Rare Worcester porcelain rice spoon, hand painted with The Gillyflower pattern c1770. Although this pattern is common it is rarely found on these spoons. These spoons are normally found painted with the Maltese Cross pattern.
The spoon measures 14cm in length and the bowl is 4.5cm in diameter.
Broken in to two across the bowl and re stuck.
Marked to the base with an open crescent.
