A Worcester first period sucrier base, transfer printed in black with a Rare Hancock Fortune Teller Pattern, C1765-70.
The sucrier measures 10.6cm (4 2/16″) in diameter and stands 6.6cm (2 5/8″) high.
It has a long curved crack running from the rim, this had been secured with staples, but the staples have been removed and filled. There is also a filled chip to the rim.
