New Hall Boy in the Window Pattern 425 Teapot and Cover c1800-15

A New Hall porcelain teapot and cover c1800-15. Hand painted in onglaze colours with pattern 425 known as The Boy in the Window.

The teapot measures 26.5cm in length including the handle and spout, and stands 14.7cm tall to the top of the covers finial.

It is in excellent display condition. There is a 5mm chip to the corner of the cover, and star cracks to the base. Two fine cracks run up the side of the body, one towards the window, and the shorter stops at the knee of the lady leaning on the table. With the handle to the right the teapot displays as perfect.

Marked to the base with 425 in red.
