An 18th century Caughley porcelain coffee cup, hand painted in polychrome enamels with a floral pattern within painted panels c1770-80.
The cup measures 8.1cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.4cm tall.
It is in excellent condition without damage or repair. There is slight wear to the gilded rim from use.
Unmarked.
Vanzoi Lin collection label to the interior (11)
There is an old collectors lable to the base suggesting this cup was made at Worcester. However from the translucency and foot shape I would suggest it’s Caughley.
