An 18th century Worcester porcelain sparrow beak jug, transfer printed in blue with the Fisherman pattern, C1775-85.
The jug measures 8.7cm in diameter including the handle and stands 9.1cm high.
It is in good display condition. There is a filled chip and associated 15mm hairline crack to the left side of the spout.
Marked to the base with a crescent. Crescent marked and gilded fisherman pattern Worcester items are not common, they are mainly found with disguised numerical marks.
