An 18th century porcelain strawberry moulded plate, made in Chelsea during the red anchor period (c1752-56). The plate moulded with strawberry leaves and fruit to the edge and hand painted with a bird and insect to the centre.
The plate measures 23.4cm in diameter.
It has been broken into two and repaired with staples to the reverse, these remain.
Marked within the foot with a red anchor.
