Very Rare Plymouth Floral Sprays Pattern Teabowl and Saucer c1768-70

A very rare Plymouth hard paste porcelain teabowl and saucer, hand painted with a floral pattern c1768-70.

The Teabowl measures 7.6cm in diameter and stands 5.2cm tall.

The Saucer measures 12.5cm in diameter.

The Teabowl is in excellent condition. The saucer has a chip to the rim and two to the foot rim.

Both parts are unmarked.

Plymouth porcelain is very rare, especially tea wares. There are only 4 saucers and 3 teabowls from this rare factory in the V&A Museum’s collection
