An 18th century Pennington’s Liverpool tart pan, transfer printed with the Fisherman pattern c1775-85. I think this tart pan was made by John rather tahn Seth, but even Maurice Hillis isn’t sure.
The tart pan measures 9.6cm in diameter and stands 3.5cm tall.
It is in excellent condition except for a 3mm chip to the inside of the rim. There is no other damage or any restoration.
Unmarked.
