A very rare Lowestoft porcelain teapot and cover, hand painted with a Mandarin pattern c1785-90.
The teapot measures 21.5cm in diameter including the handle and spout and stands 15.2cm tall with the cover in place.
Professional restoration to the cover. A chip to the underside and one to the inside of the spout.
Unmarked.
