Very Rare Flowering Root and Fence Pattern Child’s Feeding Cup c1768-72

A very rare Lowestoft porcelain child’s feeding cup, hand painted with a Chinese garden pattern c1768-72.

The cup measures 12cm in width including the handle and spout and stands 7.8cm tall at the top of the handle.

Horizontal 2.8cm crack to the rim (probably caused in the firing) and another 3cm hairline crack to the left of the handle. Slight staining.

Unmarked.
