Vauxhall House on a Rocky Island Pattern Teabowl and Saucer c1755-60

A scarce Vauxhall porcelain teabowl and saucer, and painted with a house on a rocky island pattern c1755-60.

The Teabowl measures 7.2cm in diameter and stands 3.8cm tall.

The Saucer measures 11.3cm in diameter.

The Teabowl is in excellent condition. The Saucer has two flea bite chips to the rim. The larger of these has a 5mm hairline crack running from it. There is also crazing to the glaze on the reverse of the saucer.

Both parts are unmarked.
