Uncommon Tied Root Fence and Peony Pattern Coffee Cup c1775-80

A Lowestoft porcelain coffee cup, hand painted in underglaze blue with a Chinese garden pattern c1775-80.

The cup measures 7.2cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.1cm tall.

There is a chip and a 4mm hairline to the rim and nibbles to the inside of the foot.
