Uncommon Richard Chaffers Bird on a Branch Pattern Saucer c1763-65

An 18th Century Richard Chaffers Liverpool Porcelain saucer, hand painted with the Bird on a Branch Pattern c1763-65.

The saucer measures 12.6cm in diameter.

It is in excellent condition without cracks or restoration. There is a 7mm chip to the foot rim.

Unmarked.

Saucers in this pattern are usually associated with Philip Christian’s factory. However, the foot rim and shape of this saucer isn’t like saucers made by Philip Christian.
