A Caughley porcelain sparrow beak jug, transfer printed with the Peony pattern c1778-80.
The jug measures 7.8cm in diameter including the handle and stands 9.8cm tall.
Excellent condition.
Indistinct mark to the base. However the foot and body shape of this jug indicate Caughley porcelain rather than Worcester.
