A first period Worcester porcelain coffee cup and saucer, hand painted with the popular Waiting Chinaman pattern c1760-70.
The Coffee Cup measures 8cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.6cm tall. It displays very well but has a fault to the foot, probably v=caused in the firing.
The Saucer measures 12.4cm in diameter. Excellent condition.
The saucer is marked with a Crescent and the cup a W mark.
