A Worcester porcelain first period sauceboat, hand painted in underglaze blue with the Strap Flute Floral pattern, C1770-80.
The sauceboat measures 16.7cm (6 9/16″) in length and stands 8.9cm (3 1/2″) high.
It is in good display condition, but has a chip to the lip, and a hairline to the body below the handle, probable due to stress in the firing.
Marked with an open crescent to the base.
