A Worcester porcelain fluted dish, hand decorated with the the Sir Joshua Reynolds patten within a wet blue border c1770-75.
The dish measures 24.5cm in diameter and stands 4.8cm deep.
Displays very well. However, the centre of the dish has been broken out and stapled to repair. The staples have now been removed and the holes filled to a museum standard.
Marked with a script W mark to the base.
An example of this type of dish was sold at Bonhams in 2020. This example due to the damage is a fraction of the price but displays just as well.
