An 18th century first period Worcester porcelain shell shaped pickle dish, hand painted with the Peony Rock Bird pattern c1758-60. This pattern was used from c1764, but this shape tends to be later than the rarer leaf shape.
The dish measures 11.2cm in length, 9.5cm and 2.8cm deep.
It is in great display condition with no cracks or restoration. There is a 1mm shallow flake chip to the reverse edge. There is no other damage or any restoration.
