A Liverpool Richard Chaffers teabowl and saucer, hand painted with a floral pattern c1760-62.
The Teabowl measures 7.6cm in diameter and stands 4.2cm tall. It is in excellent condition with no damage or any restoration. There is wear to the pattern on the inside from use.
The Saucer measures 11.8cm in diameter. It is in excellent display condition, but has two chips to the foot rim (the largest being 9mm in diameter).
Unmarked, but ex Falcon house collection label to base of the teabowl.
