Rare Richard Chaffers Peony Rock and Bird Pattern Teapot and Cover c1758-62

A Liverpool Richard Chaffers porcelain teapot and cover, and painted in polychrome colours c1758-62.

The teapot measures 21.2cm in width including the handle and spout and stands 15.2cm tall with the cover in place.

Restoration to the tip of the spout, and the finial is a replacement. No other damage or restoration.

Unmarked.
