An 18th century Derby porcelain bell shaped coffee cup, hand painted in onglaze colours with a pattern normally found on Worcester porcelain. The cup has the distinct pointy pixie ear handle of Derby and dates to c1757-60.
The cup measures 7.7cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.5cm tall.
It is in excellent display condition, with two professionally restored chips to the rim (can’t be seen by the naked eye). There is no other damage or restoration.
