Rare Argument Pattern Spittoon c1775-85

A Worcester porcelain spittoon, transfer printed in underglaze blue with the Argument pattern (II.B.10) c1775-85.

This spittoon is rare, it is most common to find spittoons decorated with either a Natural spray or three flower patterns.

It measures 12.7cm in diameter at the top and stands 10cm tall.

Excellent condition.

Marked to the base with a hatched crescent mark.
