A Liverpool porcelain Philip Christian teapot and cover, hand painted in onglaze colours with flowers, C1760-65.
The teapot measures 19.7cm (7 6/8″) in diameter including the spout and handle, and stands 15.8cm (6 2/8″) high with the cover in place.
It is in perfect condition except for some ware to the base of the foot, and a glazed over chip to the rim from manufacture.
