An 18th century Worcester porcelain moulded Junket dish, transfer printed with the Natural Sprays Group c1760-70 and hand painted inner flower and peacock’s eye border. This dishes moulding is unusual as it isn’t the basket weave type usually found when printed.
The dish measures 24.1cm in diameter and 5.7cm deep.
It displays well, but has a 12mm restored chip to the rim. There is no other damage or restoration.
Marked to the base with a hatched crescent.
This dish was sold in part III of the Zorenskey sale lot 365.
