Mansfield Pattern Tea Canister and Cover c1770-80

A Lowestoft porcelain tea canister and cover, hand painted with the Mansfield pattern c1770-80.

The canister measures 7.3cm in width across the neck and stands 12.7cm tall with the cover in place.

The body of the canister is in excellent condition. The cover has been broken into two and professionally restored. The finial to the cover is also a replacement moulded from another.

Marked to the base of the body withan open crescent mark.
