A first period Worcester porcelain coffee cup, hand painted with a underglaze blue inner border and an onglaze coloured Mandarin style pattern c1768-72.
The cup measures 8.5cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.4cm tall.
It is in good condition except for a 7mm crack to the body at the base of the handle (probably caused in the firing) and a shallow chip to the foot. There is no restoration.
