Little Fisherman Pattern Butterboat c1770-80

A Lowestoft porcelain butterboat of moulded form painted within a cartouche with the Little Fisherman Pattern c1770-80.

The creamboat stands 4.5cm tall and measures 10cm long by 5.4cm wide.

Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or restoration.

This example is marked with numeral 6 inside the foot rim.

There is a Knowles Boney Collection label to the base so this example is from one of the finest collections of 18th century English porcelain put together in the 1950’s.
