A rare Worcester porcelain sugar bowl, hand painted in underglaze blue with the Landslip pattern c1758-60.
The bowl is just 10.cm in diameter and stands 4.8cm tall.
Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or restoration.
The bowl is marked to the base with a workman’s mark.
See BFS 1.D.21 for a discussion on this uncommon pattern. Beautifully painted and thinly potted this is a good, rare example of Worcester porcelain.
