A Worcester first period coffee cup and saucer, hand painted in onglaze coloures and underglaze blue with the Kempthorne Pattern, C1668-75.
The coffee cup measures 8.2cm (3 2/8″) in diameter including the handle and stands 6.4cm (2 1/2″) high.
It displays as perfect, with no chips or restoration. There is however a very fine crack to the rim, I have shown this with a black line in the pictures.
The saucer measures 12.3cm (4 13/16″) in diameter.
It displays as perfect, but has restoration to a section of the rim (please see pictures where I have tried to show this using a black line)
Both parts marked with square seal marks.
