A Liverpool soft paste porcelain miniature teapot and cover, made by John and Jane Pennington c1775-85. The teapot is decorated in underglaze blue with a “House Fence and Willow” pattern.
The teapot measures 11.3cm in diameter (including spout and handle) and stands 8.7cm tall with the cover in place. The cover is 4.5cm in diameter.
It displays well with no cracks or any restoration. There is a 5mm chip to the tip of the spout.
