A 1st period Worcester soft paste porcelain low Chelsea ewer, hand painted with floral sprays and a ladybird c1775-85.
The ewer measures 11.8cm in length including the handle and stands 6.8cm tall at the lip.
It displays very well. There is a professionally restored 1.5cm diameter chip/repainting (to the left of the handle above the 1st purple flower) to the rim and a 3cm crack to the base of the handle, none of this can be seen without a strong light. There is wear to the gilded rim from age and usage.
Unmarked.
