A Lowestoft porcelain moulded Dolphin Ewer painted in underglaze blue with trailing flowers and leaves c1770-80.
The ewer measures 9cm in length and stands 5cm tall.
Excellent Condition, except for a tiny chip to the foot rim and some staining to the foot.
Unmarked.
This shape was used at several 18th century English porcelain factories including Worcester and Derby with the Lowestoft examples being somewhat rarer to find
