Floral and Insect Pattern Small Chocolate Pot c1775-80

Lowestoft porcelain Chocolate Pot decorated with Flower Sprays and Insects in flight c1775-80.

The pot measures 11.5cm in diameter from handle to tip of spout and stands 13.8cm tall.

Excellent condition, although missing cover.

Unmarked.

Although this pot is of small size, the staining holes to the lip indicate its a chocolate pot rather than a hot water jug.
