An 18th century Worcester porcelain teapot and cover, hand painted with the Mansfield pattern c1756-58. This pattern was used for most of the 1st period of the Worcester factory, this example is an early one.
The teapot measures 17.3cm in diameter including the handle and spout and stands 13.2cm tall with the cover in place.
Excellent condition except for a flea bite chip to the spout and cover.
Marked to the foot with a workman’s mark.
