Dark landscape Pattern Coffee Cup and Saucer c1790-1800 Ex Norwich Castle Museum Collection

A Lowestoft porcelain coffee cup and saucer, transfer printed in underglaze blue with a dark Landscape pattern c1790-1800.

The Coffee cup measures 7.5cm in diameter including the handle and stands 6.1cm tall.

The Saucer measures 12.1cm in diameter.

The saucer is in excellent condition without damage, but has some phosphatic staining. The coffee cup has a crack to the left side of the handle, probably due to firing.

Both parts are unmarked.

The coffee cup has a Norwich castle museum collection label to the inside.
