An 18th century Caughley porcelain caddy spoon, transfer printed with the fisherman c1779-99. These are sometime described as wine tasters. However as with so called egg drainers I dispute this, believing them to more likely be caddy spoons and tea strainers.
The spoon measures 6.8cm in diameter including the handle and 3.3cm deep.
It is in excellent condition without damage or restoration.
